Refund Policy

Kerrie Bolton Colour – Refund & Adjustment Policy

At Kerrie Bolton Colour, every guest experience is important to us. We take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure you leave our salon feeling confident and cared for.

To maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency, the following terms apply to all bookings and services:

 

1. Deposits & Online Bookings

  • All appointments booked online require a deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be credited toward your next booking, provided adequate notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, you are welcome to send someone in your place to receive the service at your booked time.

 

2. Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for any completed services.

  • Hair services are based on time, product, and professional expertise; therefore, once a service has been carried out, refunds cannot be offered simply due to a change of mind.

  • Retail products may be exchanged or refunded only if faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

3. Colour Adjustments & Service Warranty

  • We want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns about your colour or service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Adjustments are offered at no charge if the result differs from the agreed service plan discussed during your consultation.

  • The adjustment warranty is void if:

    • You have used at-home colour or box dye; or

    • You have visited another salon for further services before requesting an adjustment at Kerrie Bolton Colour.

  • Adjustments must be carried out by the same stylist who performed the original service, unless otherwise approved.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

  • No-shows may be required to pay a full deposit before rebooking future appointments.

 

5. Consumer Rights

  • Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care or skill.

  • Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those statutory rights.

 

6. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Kerrie Bolton Colour, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Adjustment Policy.
