Terms & Conditions

Kerrie Bolton Colour – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and interactions with Kerrie Bolton Colour. By booking an appointment or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

 

     Appointments & Online Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked online via our website or through our Timely booking system, or by phone.

  • All online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited to a future appointment if notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy.

  • You may send a representative in your place if you are unable to attend.

 

  Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

  • Kerrie Bolton Colour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergencies. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and deposits will be credited toward a rescheduled appointment.

 

    Payments

  • Full payment is required at the conclusion of each service.

  • Deposits and payments can be made online or in-person via approved payment methods.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

 

   Service Guarantee & Colour Adjustments

  • Kerrie Bolton Colour aims to provide services with due care and skill.

  • Any concerns about colour or service must be raised within 7 days of the appointment.

  • Adjustments are only warranted if:

    • The client has not used other salons or at-home treatments before requesting an adjustment.

    • The service differs from the agreed plan discussed during consultation.

  • Adjustments will be carried out at no additional cost, and only by the stylist who performed the original service, unless otherwise approved.

 

   Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for services once completed.

  • Retail products may be refunded only if faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

    Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform the stylist of any medical conditions, allergies, or scalp sensitivities prior to treatment.

  • Kerrie Bolton Colour reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment may compromise client safety or health.

 

      Personal Property

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Kerrie Bolton Colour is not liable for lost or damaged items.

 

    Photography & Social Media

  • Kerrie Bolton Colour may take photos of hair services for promotional purposes.

  • By attending the salon, clients consent to photos being used on social media, website, or marketing materials, unless explicitly requested otherwise.

 

    Privacy

  • Personal information collected during bookings will be used to provide services, send appointment reminders, and for marketing only with consent.

  • Kerrie Bolton Colour complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and protects client information.

 

    Liability

  • Kerrie Bolton Colour provides services with professional care and skill.

  • Liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

   Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • Any disputes will be handled under Australian law and relevant consumer protection legislation.

 

   Agreement

By booking or attending an appointment, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund & Adjustment Policy.
